Boater Steve Oleksyn of Rochester, N.Y., caught 10 bass weighing 47 pounds, 3 ounces to win the Sept. 10-11 BFL Northeast Division bass fishing tournament at 1000 Islands to earn $5,400. Craig Dubois of Sprakers, N.Y., won the co-angler title at 1000 Islands on Sept. 10-11 to take home $2,200. Oleksyn fished the main lake, dragging 3 ½ inch pumpkin colored KVD Tubes at depths of 20 feet or less.
