Boater John Hopkins of Hendersonville, Tenn., caught four bass weighing 14 pounds, 15 ounces to win the June 11 Bass Fishing League Music City Division bass tournament on Old Hickory Lake to earn $2,985. Timmy Gribbins of Lebanon, Ky., won the co-angler title in the Music City Division on Old Hickory Lake on Saturday to take home $1,493. Hopkins was using jigs down the river along ledges to catch his fish.

NOTES: The next BFL Music City Division tournament is scheduled for Oct. 1-2 on Old Hickory Lake in Gallatin, Tenn. After the fifth Music City Division tournament is complete, the top 40 boaters and 40 co-anglers based on point standings will qualify for the Oct. 20-22 Regional Championship on Lake Chickamauga in Chattanooga, Tenn. Boaters will compete for a top award of a Ranger 198VX with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Mercury outboard and a Chevy pick-up, while co-anglers will fish for a new Ranger 198VX.
