Boater Jason Lambert of Pickwick Dam, Tenn., caught a two-day total of 10 bass weighing 34 pounds, 9 ounces to win the Sept. 24-25 BFL Mississippi Division bass fishing tournament on Pickwick Lake to earn $6,349. Tommy Dove of Caledonia, Miss., was the highest-placing co-angler in the Sept. 24-25 BFL Mississippi Division event, earning $3,175. Lambert caught his bass with a brown and olive football-head jig.
