Boater Terry Olinger of The Plains, Va., caught a two-day total of 10 bass weighing 38 pounds, 6 ounces to win the Sept. 24-25 BFL Shenandoah Division bass fishing tournament on the Potomac River to earn $7,197. Robert Gerber of The Plains, Va., was the highest-placing co-angler in the Sept. 24-25 BFL Shenandoah Division event, earning $2,599. Olinger fished mid-lake and used a variety of baits to catch his bass.
