MINNEAPOLIS (March 27, 2003) - Evinrude and EverStart Batteries announced Thursday their partnership to offer EverStart Series co-anglers their largest-ever contingency award. The award, known as the "Ultimate Fishing Package," includes a 2003 Evinrude 225-horsepower, high-output direct-injection outboard engine rigged on a Ranger 520DVX bass boat with a Minn Kota trolling motor, all powered by EverStart Marine Batteries.
The winner will be determined by EverStart Series tournament standings, meaning the co-angler who earns the most points by season's end will take home the package. Points may not be added from one division to another. In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided based on the largest one-day stringer.
