FLW Outdoors Reaches Agreement on Multiyear Sponsorship with Mann's Bait Company

MINNEAPOLIS (Nov. 12, 2004) - FLW Outdoors announced Friday the addition of Mann's Bait Company to its extensive family of sponsors. Mann's Bait Company joins a growing list of more than 40 name brands sponsoring FLW Outdoors.

   Through its multiyear sponsorship, Mann's Bait Company will have the opportunity to introduce millions of fishing fans - an estimated 52 million Americans fish each year - to its high-quality crankbaits, soft plastics, spinnerbaits, lead lures and hollow-body baits.

   "We are extremely excited about being an FLW Outdoors sponsor," said Frank Oelerich, president of Mann's Bait Company. "FLW Outdoors fans are well-known for their loyalty to sponsor products. Our products are specifically designed to help serious anglers catch more fish, and FLW Outdoors provides the perfect vehicle for reaching hard-core fishermen."

   Mann's lures are designed by some of the world's best professional anglers, including 2003 Wal-Mart FLW Tour Championship winner David Dudley, 2003 FLW Tour event winner Paul Elias, 2003 Bassmaster Classic champion Mike Iaconelli, FLW Outdoors' 2003 Land O'Lakes Angler of the Year Dan Morehead and the legendary Hank Parker.

   Mann's Bait Company currently produces a line of FLW Outdoors lures sold exclusively at Wal-Mart stores across the country. The line includes the FLW Jig, the FLW Tube, the FLW Finesse Worm, the FLW Lizard and David Dudley's famous FLW Rabbit Dog Spinnerbait. In addition, for 2005, Wal-Mart will introduce a line of unique FLW Finesse Jigs and FLW Finesse Trailers.

   In 2005, Mann's Bait Company will be visible along the Wal-Mart FLW Tour, the EverStart Series, the Wal-Mart Bass Fishing, the Wal-Mart Texas Tournament Trail; the Wal-Mart RCL Walleye Tour, the Wal-Mart RCL Walleye League, the Wal-Mart FLW Kingfish Tour; and the Wal-Mart FLW Redfish Series.

   Mann's Bait Company's sponsorship qualifies the company to have a presence at the Family Fun Zone, a free event open to the public that is held at a Wal-Mart parking lot during each FLW Tour event. The Family Fun Zone features interactive games and product displays for family members of all ages to enjoy. As a sponsor, Mann's Bait Company will also have the opportunity to use the "Proud Sponsor of FLW Outdoors" logo on its products.
