(For Immediate Release – September 3, 2019 – Garden City, Long Island NY) Fishing tackle manufacturer KastKing (kastking.com) has added bass fishing tournament competitor Justin Nowlin to the KastKing Pro Staff. Nowlin began fishing competitively five years ago. This past season he qualified for championship events. “I fish a couple trails here in Arkansas that allows me to expand into other states,” says Nowlin.

“In ABA (American Bass Anglers) tournaments this year I got a third place finish plus a couple of top 10 finishes. I’ve qualified to fish the Regional Championship on Lake Ouachita this October and also the National Championship on Lake Hartwell in South Carolina in April 2020. I plan to expand my trails even farther next year; I will be fishing the ABA and FLW - BFL, (Fishing League Worldwide - Bass Fishing League) Mr. Bass of Arkansas.”

“From the very first minute that I met Justin,” says Al Noraker, KastKing VP of Business Development, “I could tell that he was exactly the kind of person that we wanted on Team KastKing! Serious about his fishing but not so much about himself, his soft spoken demeanor demanded my attention and respect. I could tell he was serious about our sport and is determined to grow within it. As with most anglers at the ABA and BFL level, he works hard at his everyday job. While finding time to fish bass tournaments, travel and still make time for a growing family, Justin seems to take it all in stride. He's a name to keep an eye on as he works his way into more and bigger tournaments. We are very proud that he will be using nothing but KastKing gear as he climbs future leaderboards.”

Nowlin lives in central Arkansas with his wife, Heather, two daughters, and two dogs. “I’m like every other guy in the South,” says the affable Nowlin. “I love the outdoors. In my free time I’m usually fishing on my Ranger bass boat at a lake somewhere between Oklahoma and Alabama...”
