FLIPPIN, AR (July 29, 2004) "A whole new era of bass boat design, performance, and innovation," That's the description Ranger Boats officials have given to an all-new series of bass boats that will be unveiled to the public on Friday, August 13, 2004, at the FLW Tour Championship, Boat and Outdoor show in Birmingham, Ala.
According to Ranger President, Randy Hopper, "We've been working on the research, testing, and development of this series for some time. Not only do these new rigs feature a distinctive high performance look and feel, they're also engineered to continually raise the bar on product performance and owner satisfaction. Numerous technological innovations and breakthrough design standards dominate the interior layout while the running surface, itself, is created for strong top end delivery, responsive handling, and an extremely smooth, dry ride. Combined with a no-stone-unturned roster of best-in-class features, this is a major step forward for anglers and is just one more example of the legacy of leadership that has always marked the Ranger name."
The dramatic unveiling of the all-new series will take place just prior to the 5:00 p.m. Friday weigh-in at the FLW Tour Championship being held at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex. The official product launch will be part of a live web cast available by logging on to www.rangerboats.com or www.flwoutdoors.com. Ranger representatives will conduct walkthroughs of the new designs that will be on display at the Boat and Outdoor show following the unveiling. A special introduction of the new designs will also be a part of the FLW Outdoors television show that will air on the Outdoor Life Network Sunday, August 15, beginning at 1 p.m. EDT.
"The overwhelming popularity and availability of new technology on the internet is allowing us even greater opportunities to share the latest information about Ranger Boats. The live web casts, televised programming, and other media forums make it possible for everyone to have a front row seat and be the first to see our latest rigs," Hopper said. "With all of it captured in such a dynamic, detailed, and multi-dimensional platform, it will be easy to see many of the highly visual changes we've made. Other specifics highlight overall performance, fishability, roominess, convenience, comfort, and safety all features important to anglers and their families."
