CELEBRATION, Fla. - Due to unsafe conditions that currently exist on Toledo Bend Reservoir, BASS is relocating two Bassmaster Series tournaments in the Lone Star Division to Sam Rayburn Reservoir in Jasper, Texas.

The first tournament will take place on its originally scheduled date of March 5. The second tournament, originally scheduled on May 7, will now take place on Aug. 13. Two other tournaments in the Lone Star Division, scheduled for June 4 and Oct. 1 on Sam Rayburn, remain unchanged.

"It's an unfortunate situation with Toledo Bend as the Huxley Bay Marina and the City of Shelbyville were very helpful," Bassmaster Series tournament director Bruce Mathis said. "But the safety of our anglers is our first priority."

For those anglers who have already registered for the relocated tournaments on Toledo Bend, their entry fees will be automatically applied to the corresponding Sam Rayburn tournaments. For any other questions concerning these changes, anglers can call customer service at (877) 227-7872 and select option #1.

Rayburn tournament launches will take place at the Public Boat Ramp on Hwy. 255 in Sam Rayburn, Texas. Weigh-ins will be held at the Umphrey Family Pavilion in Sam Rayburn.
