Mccall Wins Bass Fishing League Tournament on Grand Lake

GROVE, Okla. (March 10, 2014) – Chris McCall of Brookeland, Texas, weighed four bass totaling 16 pounds, 9 ounces Saturday to win the Bass Fishing League Okie Division tournament on Grand Lake. For his victory, McCall earned $5,604.      McCall said that he was fishing the edge of a creek near Elk River using a Yum umbrella rig and a Santone jig. He was fishing in about12-feet of water. Rounding out the top 10 pros were: 2nd:      Matthew Salyer, Owasso, Okla., five bass, 16-3, $2,6523rd:       Bob Harter, Tulsa, Okla., four bass, 14-10, $1,768

4th:       Justin Phillips, Checotah, Okla., four bass, 13-12,   $1,238
