Two Tie At Bass Fishing League Tournament On Table Rock Lake

 KIMBERLING CITY, Mo. (March 11, 2013) – Andre Dickneite of Freeburg, Mo., and Brian Thompson of Springfield, Mo., both weighed a five-bass limit totaling 22 pounds, 14 ounces Saturday to tie for first at the Bass Fishing League Ozark Division tournament on Table Rock Lake. Dickneite and Thompson both earned $3,262.

     

      Rounding out the top 10 pros were:

            3rd:   Aaron Martin, Kimberling City, Mo., four bass, 22-10, $1,451

            4th:   Wes Endicott, Joplin, Mo., five bass, 22-5, $1,015

            5th:   Mike Fann, Ozark, Mo., five bass, 19-11, $870

            6th:   Lance Williams, Billings, Mo., five bass, 19-10, $798

            7th:   Rick Johnston, Webb City, Mo., five bass, 17-13, $725 + Evinrude Bonus: $300

            8th:   James Watson, Waynesville, Mo., five bass, 17-5, $653

            9th:   Nalon Jones, Marshfield, Mo., five bass, 16-14, $580

          10th: Richard Mathews Jr., Lees Summit, Mo., five bass, 16-12, $508 + Evinrude Bonus: $300

    Tommy Lowery of O’Fallon, Mo., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 20 pounds, 8 ounces Saturday to win $2,175 in the co-angler division.  Rounding out the top 10 co-anglers were:

            2nd:   Duane Hanzlik, Eldon, Mo., four bass, 17-3, $1,088

            3rd:   Seth Holder, Centerton, Ark., five bass, 14-7, $726

            4th:   Dewey Larson, Fayetteville, Ark., five bass, 14-0, $507

            5th:   Dennis Spell, Bonne Terre, Mo., five bass, 13-2, $435

            6th:   Joe Waggoner, Carthage, Mo., four bass, 12-13, $399

            7th:   Craig Rose, Olathe, Kan., five bass, 11-14, $363

            8th:   Josh Spencer, Saint Charles, Mo., five bass, 10-8, $326

            9th:   Tim Hemmer, High Ridge, Mo., two bass, 9-15, $290

            10th: Andrew Guilliams, Springfield, Mo., four bass, 9-5, $254

      The next BFL Ozark Division tournament is scheduled for April 6 on Lake of the Ozarks in Osage Beach, Mo. After the last divisional tournament is complete, the top 40 boaters and 40 co-anglers based on point standings will qualify for the Oct. 17-19 Regional Championship on Lake Texoma in Pottsboro, Texas. Boaters will compete for a top award of a Ranger Z518 with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Mercury outboard and a Chevy Silverado, while co-anglers will fish for a new Ranger Z518 with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Mercury outboard.
