STURTEVANT, Wis., October 22, 2002 - Bombardier Recreational Products announces its sponsorship of one of Ontario's preeminent bass fishing professional, and recently qualified Team Ontario member, Greg Roth. "We are proud to sponsor Greg and provide him with a 225-hp Evinrude® direct injection (DI) outboard engine to power his tournament fishing boat," said Ben Lafortune, Vice President, Sales and Communications, Boats and Outboard Engines.

Prior to Bombardier sponsorship, Roth's last three engines were Evinrudes. Roth started his professional fishing career 16 years ago when he won his first competition at the age of 16. His illustrious fishing career now includes representing Ontario as one of 12 accomplished fishing professionals who have qualified to become a member of the Team Ontario professional tournament fishing team.
