1,125 Largemouth Bass were stocked into Lake Dardanelle in late September. The bass stocked are described as “advanced fingerlings” and averaged eight inches in length. The fish were stocked just west of the Piney Narrows in Hatchery Cove and Kenner Cove. Due to their larger size, we expect a higher survival rate for these bass, and some of the fish may reach 14 inches in 2024.
