Weidler will use KastKing fishing reels, KastKing fishing line, and KastKing fishing tools exclusively throughout the 2018 season on the B.A.S.S. (Bass Anglers Sportsman Society) Bassmaster Elite tournament trail.
Bill Weidler, an experienced tournament angler for more than 20 years, achieved his goal for the 2017 season by finishing 5th in Angler of the Year points (Bassmaster Southern Opens). It earned him an invitation to compete in the 2018 Bassmaster Elite Series.

Bill Weidler is heavily involved with local High School fishing events, Bass Nation, ASABFA, and Airport Marine High School Trails. His oldest son attends Helena High School and competes on the Helena High School fishing team. Weidler's personal desire is to mentor up and coming student anglers.
