MINNEAPOLIS (Jan. 20, 2012) – FLW announced today that Luck-E-Strike U.S.A. has renewed its sponsorship agreement with the bass fishing tournament organization for the upcoming 2012 season. Luck-E-Strike recently expanded its offerings with the creation of the Luck-E-Strike RC2 line of crankbaits, the American Original lines of hard baits and a new walleye line, Walleye Fever.
FLW pro Robbie Dodson of Harrison, Ark., a four-year FLW Tour veteran, has been using Luck-E-Strike lures for years. He has earned seven top-10 finishes and won close to $300,000 with FLW. His latest FLW victory came in the EverStart Series event at Table Rock Lake in October 2011.
“I’ve been using Luck-E-Strike lures for the past 15 to 20 years,” said Dodson. “My favorite bait to use is the 10½-inch Sneaky Snake, but it was cranking the new Wart-Hog that gave me the victory at Table Rock.”
Through the sponsorship, Luck-E-Strike will showcase its line of fishing tackle across all platforms of FLW, including tournaments, multiple websites, bass and walleye magazines, and various FLW events.
Luck-E-Strike owner John Hendricks stated: “We are extremely excited to announce the renewal of our partnership with FLW. This is a great opportunity for us to display and demonstrate our fishing tackle, and we are proud to be associated with the most competitive anglers in the world.”
Luck-E-Strike produces a variety of soft-plastic lures, a new walleye line, and the Scrounger label as well as the Nemire and Chesapeake Tackle brands.
