FLW Pro Brent Ehrler has signed with Picasso Lures to represent their Shakedown, Shakey-E-Fooball and Tungsten weight line of products. “The Shake Down and Shake-E-Football products have been a key component of my success for years. Any time of year with any conditions they just get bit,” explained Ehrler.
Ehrler explains his excitement about the relationship with the newly reformed Picasso Lures. “The great thing about partnering with Picasso Lures for these products is that when I promote these products I know I am promoting something that anglers will be successful with.”
Ehrler will be promoting the Tungsten weights. He’ll also be promoting the Shakedown, shakey head and Shake-E-Football lures and the Flea Flicker, Picass’s the weedless wacky rig.
Terry Monteleone, President of Picasso Lures, is equally as excited to have Ehrler on board. “Brent’s consistency year in and year out is proof of the quality of Angler that he is. Brent’s always a threat to win and after talking with him about his success with the Shakedown and Shake-E-Football baits it was a ‘no-brainer’ to bring him on board.”
The two (Monteleone and Ehrler) are already working on designing some new finesse tactic baits that will be out soon. Ehrler explained, “It doesn’t sound like they will be ready this summer, but by the fall is a very good possibility and for sure before 2012. Terry has developed some of our industries most advanced technology recently and I think we are going to raise the bar again with some of the new products.
