Keith Poche Elite Series pro Keith Poche, of Troy, Alabama, has joined forces with Bonnie Plants, a leading provider of vegetable and herb plants in North America. Poche is thrilled to join the company’s “Going Greener for You” nationwide initiative and will proudly and prominently display the Bonnie Plants logo on his tournament boat, truck and jersey.

“I remember when I was a kid, pulling weeds and eating vegetables from our family garden. My parents planted Bonnie plants right outside our back porch,” Poche says. “I love the fact that, so many years later, I now have the opportunity to encourage a whole new generation of gardeners to plant and grow greener with the Bonnie Plants brand. I look forward to this partnership, and to promoting a trusted brand I believe in.”

Bonnie Plants is equally excited to welcome Keith as part of the Bonnie Plants team. “We look forward to working with Keith and having a very successful season in the garden and on the water,” says Stan Cope, President of Bonnie Plants and an avid fisherman himself.

After a rousing rookie season and testing the Elite Series waters, Poche has his sights set on making big waves in year two. "I'm prepared, pumped and eager to get out on the water and just start fishing,” says Poche.

The first two Elite Series tournaments will take place in the state of Florida, beginning March 10th at the Sunshine Showdown on the Harris Chain of lakes, followed by the Citrus Slam on the St. Johns River. After a brief stay in the Sunshine State, Keith will head back home to Alabama for the Alabama Charge held on Pickwick Lake.

Since 1918, Bonnie Plants has grown vegetable and herb plants and delivered them fresh to gardeners. A national wholesaler based in Union Springs, Alabama, Bonnie Plants has 74 growing stations across the country, enabling a team of more than 500 salespeople to deliver fresh plants quickly to retail stores nationwide. Bonnie plants are sold in biodegradable pots that reflect a company-wide commitment to quality environmentally friendly products.
