Bass Quest Magazine owners Randy Howell, Aaron Martens and Brent Chapman will be taking three subscribers fishing.  There are two ways to get a chance at a day of fishing with the 2012 Bassmaster Elite Series Angler of the Year (Chapman), the 2012 Bassmaster All Star champion (Martens) or the 2013 Bass James River champion (Howell).

The first way you can get a chance to fish with one of the angler/owners is to subscribe to the magazine before September 1, 2013, which can be done at BassQuestMagazine.com. For $20 you will receive four feature packed magazines in the next twelve months, starting with the Fall issue due out in mid September.

If you are already a subscriber, or a new subscriber, you can get additional chances to fish with one of the pros.  To do so, refer a friend to subscribe and make sure they enter you as the person who referred them.  Both the new subscriber and the referrer will receive a chance to fish with one of the pros.

Chapman looks forward to the chance to fish with a subscriber, "We are really working hard at making the best magazine possible. I wish we could take every subscriber fishing, but that just isn't possible.  However, this will be a great chance for us to take a few of our subscribers fishing and enjoy a day on the water with them.  We'll also be able to hear what they think of the magazine and get some firsthand feedback from them."

"We are looking to grow the magazine faster than what might be natural for a magazine in our industry.  We want to get the magazine to 120 pages (instead of 80) and get it to six issues a year. To do that we have to promote it and this is one of the ways we can do that and give back to our subscribers at the same time. We are constantly communicating with our readers via email, Facebook, and face to face at events. We are thrilled with the positive feedback and comments we get and we take every suggestion we get seriously," expressed Howell.

Martens agrees, "We want to make something special with Bass Quest. We've worked hard to make it different than what was available before. With our policy of offering a magazine that is less than 10% advertising, we are relying on subscribers to help us grow to where we want to be. We have some great ideas for the future of the magazine, but in order to make them happen we need to continue the growth of the magazine. Plus, to take a subscriber fishing will be a great time, anyway.  I hope someone with a kid that loves to fish wins, so I can take a parent and a child fishing. That's a important to all of us at Bass Quest, we want to share the love of fishing with the next generation. "

The subscribers who will get to go fishing with the pros will be selected during a live online drawing held on September 1, 2013 and 5:00 PM PST.  It will be streamed live on the Bass Quest website.
