Mike is a South Philly native, now living in New Jersey. Since childhood, he's had a passion for fishing and has competed in fishing tournaments since high school. Since then, Mike has won or come near winning almost every major award in tournament bass fishing and is the only angler to have ever won the Bassmaster Classic, Bassmaster Angler of the Year, and B.A.S.S. Nation Championship. Most notably, the 2003 Bassmaster Classic and 2006 Angler-of-the-Year awards. Other noteworthy achievements include:
