The casting distance is reasonable. The retrieve is smooth, quiet, and effortless without any wobble. Perhaps a better description here is the reel is tight. The muti-stack drag system built into the Producer LTE has been designed to provide a smooth, even line flow under constant pressure. The performance is on par with far more expensive equipment. I am impressed with how this component compliments the overall package. Pinnacle has created a very competitive reel at an affordable price.
